1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing a subscription to PrintLaunchAI you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms do not use our service.

2. Description of service

PrintLaunchAI provides an A.I.-powered automation platform that connects Printify, Etsy, and Pinterest to automate the creation and publication of print-on-demand product listings. The service includes done-for-you account setup, A.I. listing generation, automatic mockup creation, and Pinterest auto-posting.

3. Subscription and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of your initial purchase
• A one-time setup fee is charged at the time of purchase and is non-refundable after setup has been completed
• Monthly subscription fees are charged automatically until cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time with effect from the next billing period

4. Refund policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the service is not working as described, provided that setup has not yet been completed. Once your account has been fully configured and you have confirmed access to the dashboard, the setup fee is non-refundable. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

5. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring your Etsy listings comply with Etsy's policies and terms of service
• You are responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
• You are responsible for the accuracy of product information including pricing, sizing, and descriptions
• You must provide accurate account information during onboarding

6. Prohibited uses

You may not use PrintLaunchAI to publish listings that violate Etsy's policies, infringe intellectual property rights, promote illegal products or services, or engage in deceptive practices.

7. Limitation of liability

PrintLaunchAI is not responsible for Etsy account suspensions, Pinterest account restrictions, or Printify fulfillment issues. We are not liable for lost sales, lost revenue, or any indirect damages arising from use of our service.

8. Modifications to service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes via email.
